Successful Women: Leaving their mark in the business world

Beyond Consulting had the honor of bringing together a group of exceptional

women, who contribute to the construction of the path towards gender equality

and inclusion.

This event, which had Executive Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs

at Interbank and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Intercorp, Zelma

Acosta-Rubio as a special guest, allowed us to reflect together on what has

already been done on these issues and the importance of exposing success

stories to multiply the impact. In addition, the crucial role of sorority as a driver of

empowerment was highlighted.

The commitment that we took at the end was to continue generating awareness

and action in search of lasting changes. Each one of us, from our workplace and

our daily lives, have the responsibility to continue working for gender equality

and inclusion in every level of society.

In that sense, this meeting reminded us once again of the power and importance

of women in the business world and in society in general. Together we can

make a big difference and leave a positive mark on the world. Let's keep

working together towards a fairer and more equitable future!
